Our prescription hair loss treatments are backed by clinical evidence and have helped countless men slow, stop, and even reverse hair loss. However, no treatment works for everyone.
That's why we've created the Ulo Hair Growth Guarantee.
If you're a new Ulo patient, follow your prescribed treatment plan consistently for six months, complete the required progress tracking, and your hair loss continues to worsen, you may be eligible for a refund.
How It Works
1. Follow Your Treatment Plan
To qualify for the Ulo Hair Growth Guarantee, you must use your prescribed treatment consistently for at least 180 consecutive days.
Eligible treatments include any prescription hair loss treatment prescribed through Ulo.
To qualify:

You must be a new Ulo hair loss patient.

You must complete at least six months of continuous treatment.

Monthly, quarterly, and six-month subscription plans are all eligible, provided six months of treatment have been received.

You must follow your prescribed treatment plan as directed throughout the guarantee period.
2. Complete Monthly Progress Check-Ins
Tracking your progress is required to qualify for the guarantee.
You must complete a monthly progress Typeform survey for each month of treatment. You can find the Typeform survey here at this link.
These surveys help us monitor your treatment journey and verify consistent use of your prescribed treatment.
Failure to complete any required survey may result in ineligibility for the guarantee.
3. Document Your Progress
To evaluate your results accurately, you'll need to provide photographs throughout your treatment journey.
Before starting treatment, submit a complete set of baseline photographs showing:

During treatment, submit one complete photo set every 30 days using the same angles and similar lighting conditions whenever possible.
Failure to submit the required photographs may result in ineligibility for the guarantee.
4. Request a Refund
If your hair loss has continued to worsen after six months of consistent treatment, you may submit a refund request.
Refund requests must be submitted between 180 and 210 days after beginning treatment.
Once submitted, our team will review your treatment history, monthly surveys, and photo documentation to determine eligibility.
For the purposes of this guarantee, "worsened" means a visible decrease in hair density, increased scalp visibility, or further recession when compared to your baseline photographs, as determined by Ulo in its reasonable discretion.
Please note that the primary goal of hair loss treatment is often to stop or slow further hair loss. If your hair loss has stabilized and no further loss has occurred, the treatment will be considered successful and will not qualify for a refund.
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
What's Covered
The Ulo Hair Growth Guarantee applies to:

Prescription hair loss treatments prescribed through Ulo.

Purchases made directly through Ulo.
The guarantee does not apply to:

Cosmetic products.
-
Non-prescription products.
-
Supplements.
-
Shipping fees.
-
Previous purchases made outside of Ulo.

Existing patients who began treatment before enrolling in the guarantee.

Customers who have undergone or are undergoing a hair transplant during the guarantee period.
Limit one claim per customer.
