Cetirizine is an antihistamine known to lower inflammation. Commonly used for hayfever, five clinical studies now show topical cetirizine may also enhance hair density and hair thickness and even give a boost to minoxidil’s hair-growing effects
Melatonin is a potent antioxidant that protects hair follicles from oxidative stress. Clinical studies suggest that topical melatonin improves hair density and reduces shedding.
Caffeine is a science-backed hair growth stimulant. A potent vasodilator, caffeine boosts nutrient supply to the hair follicles, turning on proteins that may prolong the growth phase of the hair cycle. These effects and more are why some clinical studies suggest topical caffeine is just as effective as 5% minoxidil.

Seeing the front of my scalp growing hairs that were dormant for two decades. The crown is more stubborn as if it is mad it started going bald last. But, I see some small growth. Although, it is a genetically prone area of my head (father & grandfather both lost hair there) I feel that the Cetirizine + diet, massages + and the shampoo will give enough layer in other areas I can use those areas to cover up without it looking like too much of a comb over. It's a product I'll continue to use.

I can’t say that I’ve seen growth since using it, I’ve lost anything I’ve gained (autoimmune issues and stress likely to blame) but what I can say is that it pretty much instantly calmed my scalp. I had a lot of pain and tenderness on the top of my scalp, and itching and skin so tight I couldn’t massage it, it just felt stuck. This has loosened my scalp and it no longer hurts and I can move it! If you suspect you have mast cell or histamine issues I’d recommend trying this for those effects alone.
